Yoshikazu Tanaka, a founder of Champion's Curry, dedicated his whole life to support popularization and spread of his special curry with pork cutlet, which in present day is widely known as Kanazawa Curry. Around the time of his first opening of his own diner, curry with pork cutlet was considered to be another classy dish served only in a luxury restaurant and not popular among average citizens. He then made it affordable without impairing authenticity hoping to share the great taste with everyone. That has been a motto of Champion's Curry since then; "Offer our great taste quick at friendly-price". We promise that we will stay true to our roots.＜Profile＞

While he had been known for his gentle nature, he turned to be martyred chef once he steps into the kitchen. Gaining a large following due to the personal magnetism, committed to the launch of AJCA’s Hokuriku headquarter as well.
